The men and women who are recruited by us are practical, versatile and sympathetic. They are all interviewed in person by one of our Directors, and written references are always followed up.
The many years’ experience of Universal Aunts are used to ensure that the character, qualifications, skills and personality of each worker are as closely matched as possible to meet the needs of each individual client.
If you are interested in finding work through us, the following guidelines may be of use:
- All Universal Aunts must hold a British passport, Ancestral Visa, or valid Work Permit. Fluent English is essential for the majority of our clients;
- Drivers are useful, so a clean, up to date UK or International licence is helpful.
- Most importantly you must be of good character, bright, practical and with a warm and compassionate personality.
